Earn 20% recurring for referring developers to Amba.
Send builders to the agent-native backend they were going to need anyway. When a developer you referred goes paid, you earn 20% of their subscription for a year — attributed automatically, accrued the moment they upgrade.
This program runs on Amba’s own Affiliate Programs feature — the same one your apps get. Programs, enrollment, code + in-app attribution, accrual, clawback, and analytics are the exact primitives shipped to customers. We dogfood our payroll for partners on it; you can run yours the same way in a few MCP calls.
Three steps, no dashboard
Enroll as an org
A partner is just an Amba org. Sign up (browserless via amba_affiliate_signup, or from the console), and we enroll your org in the program — you get a referral code + link.
Share your link
Send developers to Amba with your link (amba.dev/?ref=YOUR_CODE). The referral is captured on their account at signup — no cookies to babysit, no dashboard to check.
Earn on every upgrade
When a developer you referred upgrades to a paid plan, a commission accrues automatically — 20% of their subscription for the first 12 billing cycles. Clawed back cleanly if they refund.
The terms, plainly
- 20% recurring of a referred developer’s subscription for the first 12 billing cycles. Recurring commission tracks each paid invoice.
- 90-day attribution window, last-touch. Developers take their time; the credit waits for them.
- Refund-safe. A refunded or churned charge claws the commission back automatically — pre-payout it’s reversed, post-payout it nets against your next one.
- Payouts are in preview. Everything but the cash-out is live today: enrollment, attribution, accrual, clawback, and analytics all run now, so your commission accrues from day one. The actual transfer is gated until we light up payouts (counsel + Connect onboarding) — accrue now, get paid when it’s on.
